Was really impressed by the knowledge these guys have. I've been to other stores in the area and got the feeling they were just trying to sell as possible. I thought the Critical Mass Systems guys genuinely wanted to help and share their knowledge and wanted to find the right set up that was actually for my needs, not their business needs. Definitely got a regular customer. Thanks guys.

I went to visit these guys last week. All I can say is WOW! I was so surprised by the layout, it’s clean and spacious, it feels really welcoming and there’s such a fresh, positive vibe. This is all enhanced by the owners who have a wealth of knowledge of all things hydro. You can even have a coffee while you browse and chat!! Which is so different to many of the other shops I’ve been in. Where there are rows of stuff in boxes and you barely get a smile let alone help and advice.10/10 I would highly recommend paying them a visit.
