USELESS. The lad behind the counter cut me a key that looked like it had been cut by a 2 year old. He left sharp burrs all over it and then when i queried the condition of the key he tried dressing up by using the desk grinder which he actually managed to make look even worse. And funny enough the key didn't work. I had to go back 3 times and in the end I asked for my money back. He clearly needs training. Waste of my time.

never ever go there again.the guy who worked there refuse to make a key cutting job because it was 15 minutes before closing time. cutting a key only takes 2 minutes top. worst customer service ever. safe your time and money and go somewhere else if you like quality service.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Took a boot to be repaired. The guy said easy 5 min job. Went back 3 days later they hadnt bothered to do it and refuse to give a refunded. Waist of my time i would recommend Just in time in north camp so mich better.

I do not recommend this place! I gave them two Barbour jackets to dry clean and they came back discoloured, creases all over it, ruined. Those jackets were very expensive and I later went on to discover that they should have not been dry cleaned in the first place ; which they should have informed me on as they work there. I also gave them a suit to dry-clean which came back very untidy looking and the trousers were ironed poorly.

Shoes only fit for the bin now.You’d think that a business that repairs shoes would actually be able to, well “repair shoes” but not so.What should have been a simple leather resole of a pair of slip-ons turned into 3 weeks of appalling workman ship that ultimately destroyed the leather so much, the shoes have been thrown away.Attempt 1 - Shoes returned 2 sizes smaller than when dropped off (No, seriously). One in-sole was missing, with the response being “Oh, did you want it?.”Attempt 2 - See the phots uploaded of what was returned to me under the guise of “repaired to the same standard”. I refused to take the shoes and asked for them to be done again.Attempt 3 - Apparently the proper shoe repairer had a go this time around, so I’ve no idea who was fixing them previously, but the result this time was that they soled the shoes with soles that were a completely different shape to the shoe. So basically they changed the shape of my shoes. When I pointed this out, the response was “Oh, yeah. You’re right.”The shop “manager” I’m sure is a nice guy, but with respect to this business, he has absolutely no influence or authority to do anything other than make a phone call again to an Area Manager, who never turns up.He did say though, that there would be no charge for the repairs. That’s nice, but how about the additional £250 reimbursement back to me for absolutely wrecking my shoes, not just once or twice, but three times. THREE TIMES.As you see from the pictures, the quality of workmanship in this place absolutely f##king sucks.

Quality pair of shoes taken in for resole. Work is shoddy at best. Gouges in leather where replacement sole has been shaped to fit original sole. And then the audacity to state, “I’ve given them a bit of a polish for you”. Actually, no, you’ve tried to mask your ineptitude and your shocking workmanship. Thanks a million. DO NOT USE!

They do cut car keys... But only if you buy them from there. Otherwise they'll tell you the key you bought is made from shoddy metal and they can't do it. It's just a ploy to get you to buy their overpriced blanks. I compared them. No difference.

Hello there I'm totally disappointed with your services. I ve ordered engraving of silver bracelet for baptising . I brought bracelet to your brunch in Aldershot by Tesco. So manager (he said he is manager) don't know his name. But he is working there noone else. He did mistake while engraved and instead of KAI he written down VAI. He said to me to leave bracelet with him for few days and he will sort it out. I came there to pick it up on friday and he said to me he didn't have a chance to do it yet. As I was working I told him will pick it up Saturday morning. I picked up bracelet but what I've seen it's unacceptable! He destroyed rather than fixedit. It's looks absolutely awful! as a Godmother I'm going with empty hands. The value of this bracelet has been debased. I phoned him he said he can bring me money back. But its not going to change anything as tomorrow its the day for baptising. And his way while speaking wasn't nice too! If you are providing this service it's should be done correctly and people should to get enough of training to be able to provide results. If you want I can email you pictures of this bracelet. I'm so so so disappointed so and I'm not talking about I been coming and going there, spending petrol as he wasn't ready by friday. And the result of his fixing" it s just horrible!If I can give 0 stars that would be accurate!"

Visited last Thursday to have 10 keys cut, none of which worked :)However, went back on Monday, all keys re-cut by regular manager all worked perfectly.Thursday is the Managers day off and a relief worked comes in, regular manager implied as they were only in for the day they did not care as much.Moral or the story expect a 1* experience if you visit on a Thursdays, but the regular manager gives a 5* service every other day.

I took a military cane to have 3 engravings applied to it. All of the engravings were different is size and loose. It cost me £30 and I will need to get it re done because it’s really poor workmanship.
