Aerial Gymnastics London

I recently completed a 1 week aerial intensive at AGL and I absolutely loved it. Nathalie and her team are so knowledgeable and can easily tweak moves to cater for all abilities. The range of disciplines was fantastic and it was great to have the opportunity to try out so many different aerial activities. The facilities are wonderful too and there is also parking. Would highly recommend AGL!

This is my happy place. As an aerial instructor, I don't often get to be a student and learn new things, and I think Nathalie and the team have created a really great supportive environment for people of all shapes, sizes and abilities. AGL is a different kind of aerial school and I think I personally needed this kind of safe space to train in, where I dont have to feel pressured for not being a dancer or a gymnast. I love it ❤️

I did a week long intensive course with AGL in April and I had the BEST TIME EVER.All members of staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable and I felt in very safe hands the entire time. There were plenty of options for beginners and more experienced aerialists.I've never ached so much in my life but it was all worth it! I'll be back next year!!!

As an aerial addict, agl is the best place in east london. Reasonable price, amazing instructors, and safe training space. Really love it.

My daughter had a fantastic birthday party here. No previous experience amongst the group of 12 year olds but Instructor Camille made the experience good fun & the girls felt like professionals! I can’t recommend enough.

Where do I begin? Facilities first class, very warm and approachable staff, full of knowledge. Having attended a few other schools within the UK, this is by far the best experience I've had.

I recently did the AGL - 1 week intensive course and I highly recommend it. I feel people with some degree of aerial experience will benefit the most but the teachers were all brilliant at managing the very wide range of aerial abilities in our group. The week is well paced and the timetable offers such a variety of disciplines. As an aerialist I relished (read dreaded) the additional challenge of being out of my comfort zone in the Self Defence and Gymnastic sessions - and loved both despite being pretty rubbish! The trainers for all the modules were excellent not only technically but also in their friendly, informed, patient, supportive approach. The equipment is top quality and well maintained and the training space is wonderful. The rigging session was super useful for me and it goes without saying that the pro. photo-shoot was a real bonus. Thank you to Nathalie for running such a great outfit, all the trainers and Dan.

I've been attending the centre since September 2021 doing weekly aerial hoop classes which I love. I am stronger and more flexible than ever (although there is still room for improvement). I did a week long intensive in August 2022 which I absolutely loved as it introduced me to lots of skills I hadn't tried before. I have recently begun doing the weekly stretch classes which form part of my membership and am excited about trying silks on a regular basis! I really like the short courses as an alternative to the longer intensives as it can be difficult to find the annual leave for a full week.

I started by doing a one week intensive at this studio and fell in love, now I attend hoop classes regularly. The studio is amazing and the instructors are all wonderful, friendly and super talented. I'm ALWAYS learning new things there! The one week intensive was one of the best experiences, I got to try loads of new apperatus like Spanish Web, Rope and Tippy Hoop, I had the best teachers and met some interesting like minded people! I would recommend this place to anyone who loves aerial or just wants to try something new! It's such a phenomenal environment to learn in.
