Join this GP if you love waiting over an hour on hold each time, typically to only get through once any slots are filled, but even for routine calls at any time of day. Those who enjoy waiting weeks to be seen and rushed out the door as soon as they’re face-to-face with a Dr, will love this place even more. These ‘people’ have no time for you or your family and won’t be sorry to show it

I understand many people have left negative reviews but I don’t think this is a reflection of all the staff there…there are some amazing staff there such as Nashira. She was a wonderful lady to speak to on the phone and in person. She has great customer skills that made me feel at ease visiting a doctor in person after years! Many thanks to her.

Today, my father and I visited the hub as directed by 111. My father was called by the GP and we walked to the room. However, I was immediately stopped by the GP and told to wait in the waiting area. I responded my father is hard of hearing, I was told I always see deaf patients so it'd OK

Very incompetent service from staff and doctors. Important appointment’s gets passed around from doctor’s to staff and staff to doctors. Cannot sort out simple appointment's, that is why people suffer in silence probably dieing. Shame on surgery. The process needs to be looked at by both staff and doctors lots of improvement needed.

One of worst gp surgery in the UK. The receptionist never pick ups the phone. Have to wait at least hours before they answer. The doctors never listens to patients.

What the other reviews say IS 100000% true. This is THE worst place to bring ur health concerns. My appointment was rushed like the doctor had more important places to be even though no one else was here it was about 9:20 pm and they close at 10pm.I was sent here by 111 for an urgent coil check as I had been bleeding. The doctor seemed very confused that I had been sent there in the first place which was weird, surely I wouldn’t be sent there if they did not offer such services. On to checking the coil the doctor asked if I wanted a chaperone and I said no and she said okay that’s fine, it’s just protocol to ask. And then she asked me to undress and lie down, and then went out to call on the receptionist to come into the room and “help” her to point the light to where she was looking at and even showed her my coil?! Mind you it’s a surgical lamp with adjustable limbs that can be positioned to how you need it in whatever procedure so this was absolutely unnecessary. Then the doctor said to get dressed and she and receptionist began tidying the area and having a conversation and then turned around and said “come on get dressed” and I was like can you give me some privacy please” and the receptionist gave a huff and walked out. She basically sent me home and said u’re okay. My appointment took all of 5 minutes. Results weren’t discussed with me, privacy was not respected.

This is not my GP but after not receiving a call back from 111 when I was desperately in need, I went to this place during their out of hours service and the receptionist was so lovely. She understood my situation and managed to get me a doctor despite not having an appointment. I was then seen and given antibiotics. I would like to thank the lovely lady who was in the reception around 12:30pm on 20 November 2022.

The worse practice I’ve ever encountered. They don’t pick up the phone. They don’t have any appointments available. When you call they tell you to call at or before 8am for an appointment. Whenever I call 20 minutes before 8 the line rings and I am told that I’m in a queue. After waiting 30 minutes they hung up my phone. After that when I called 4 times they would not pick up. Clearly a lack of structure and management here to treat patients deserving of vital medical care. Would not recommend anyone joins here as a patient. Something needs to be done about this practice because it’s unacceptable.

If I could give no stars, I would. Horrendous reception staff, no customer service in terms of actually providing a health service. The only thing you here is call back Monday morning to book appointment with a GP. Tried to explain that my grandma’s CT Scan was unable to happen because her kidney functions hadn’t been checked in 6 months. GP is useless, they do not call back and if they do, it will no where in the time they have stated or they just don’t bother. I CANNOT STRESS HOW TERRIBLE THE FRONT STAFF ARE. They don’t even make sense of what they are saying. No professionalism, no names and no manager. A pathetic excuse for a health service!UPDATE - The GP already had the letter from the hospital requesting for an urgent blood test. Literally went through hassle because they couldn’t be bothered to do their job and provide a service. All this for a very elderly lady who recently had a heart attack. Receptionists are definitely in the wrong profession.FURTHER UPDATE: After showing the letters they required from the hospital to book an urgent blood test, they are still refusing to do anything because they didn’t receive it from the hospital. This has to be medical negligence. Priti the receptionist is useless and the Manager Poonam was the one who was unwilling to do her duty of care. Been robbed off.
