Used this company three times now, every time they get better. Melissa is amazing with her design ideas. Nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic quality balloons and decor. I wish there was more stars as i would give Blissful Balloons 10.We ALWAYS use this lady for every event that we have and also recommend her to others because its clear to see that she thouroughly enjoys her job and takes pride in what she does. Her pricing is very fair.Her customer service is second to none and this lady goes above and beyond in order to ensure her customers are happy ALL OF THE TIME!!The lady behind Blissful Balloons is very professional, polite and efficient and She always arrives promptly!!!I cannot recommend her anymore than i already have but i would NEVER go elsewhere.
