any wonder we were the only people in the shop, the man couldn't have been less helpful and had the cheek to cover the customer tracker as we left. Worked in retail for years and he new i new what he was doing as I looked at him when we walked out. Maybe treat us like you want us to buy something and not get us out of the store and we would buy a phone. Went to carphone and got the wee girl a new phone for her birthday. AVOID

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would, the absolute disrespect of the staff, I arrived at two minutes to closing time as I previously believed it closed at 6. Totally my bad but when I arrived and explained my issue, that my phone has no credit despite being paid every month. My phones sim is in the South so my phone doesn't recognise the credit on the North. But I came in visibly distressed obviously but despite this the staff treated me so awfully, they actually suggested that I phone a cab(which I couldn't do due to no credit!) and drive across the border to get my credit! And basically shoved me out the door despite having no way to call a cab or get home. Worse than bad customer service they didn't even treat me like a human being.

Not helpful in any way if they are not selling u a phone have been tossed back and forward between store and head office bad company I'd also like to add that Barry is especially useless with his friend caolon was especially aggressive talking at me and being aggressive

Closing time wrong on the internet 5.30, the one member of staff i dealt with had no interest in helping when I arrived at 1 minute to 5 after driving from Dublin (over 200km)
