Exceptional service experience. I had the pleasure to visit Harwood Clinic in central London and from the very start to finish, the level of care was impressive. The team was engaged, willing to address any inquiries and offer solutions. Thanks to thoroughness and dedication, the psychologist has been able to identify factors which can transform daily challenges into positive opportunities for the future. They have definitely set the bar high and they aim high. The issued reports are comprehensive and well-structured which makes them easy to digest for everyone. I am so grateful for the help and support we have been given by Josh Harwood and his team. Undertaking an assessment for neurodiversity is an overwhelming and emotionally triggering endeavour, but we felt supported at every stage of the process. From when we first met, Josh made myself and my son feel comfortable in his care and made everything clear and easy to understand. The assessment was thorough and comprehensive and we felt great care was taken to ensure all the necessary information was gathered. We cannot thank Josh and his team enough for the comprehensive assessment they undertook for our 9 year old son. The process was so straightforward from start to finish, with clear communication at all times, making it far less stressful for us all. The thorough report produced, and the recommendations made in it, have been critical to us finally getting the support in place our son requires - the fact that the assessments follow NICE guidelines was key to this. When my twin 8 year old saw Josh they were comfortable and relaxed during their sessions with him. Josh is an expert at his job, it was easy to work with him. We used Harwood clinic as the school raised concerns about my son being autistic and having ADHD.We were so happy with Dr Harwood and his team. They were professional and put my son at ease when carrying out the assessments and tests. The post assessment care, report and feedback session were super helpful. Josh in particular went above and beyond to reassure us and support the whole family with the new diagnosis. Having used 3 other clinics I could see the difference in care and attention. Doctors are qualified and used to dealing with teenagers struggling with mental health issues. Also they are kind and considerate - much needed at this difficult time for the family.My aunt who is a GP reviewed the report and said that it was the best she had ever seen as they used a variety of tools when diagnosing.Price was on on the high end, but on par with other clinics, and worth every penny. We only wish they had a clinic close to school/ home so my son could continue his care under Dr Harwood's supervision.
