I really don’t know how to word how amazing Jill & her team really are. The time, effort, love & care given not only to the family but the passed person there dealing with is unbelievable. Even if you’re expecting bereavement and it’s been a long time coming, it’s reality still hits you like a wall. You need somebody to take you gently by the hard, find you a focus and help you take control of a bewildered sequence of forms permissions and choices. That’s what Jill does.
