Thought good service was a thing of the past but not here at Richer Sounds. We had a problem with a DVD player that we bought many years ago and after speaking to Steve on the phone he suggested we took it into the shop so he could look at it, that we did and I can't praise Steve enough for his helpfulness, kindness and advice and would you believe he wouldn't take anything from me after he sorted out the problem. All the staff at Richer Sounds have the same manner and their knowledge is outstanding I can't praise them enough.

The customer service from Peter and Tim was excellent. Very knowledgable about their products. Checked TV and soundbar were in the warehouse and I had next day delivery. Fantastic staff would strongly recommend them. Very competitive on price too.

Richer Sounds is one of the last major HiFi and AV outlets. It is not an audiophile retailer. But it will have something to wet your appetite. Friendly staff who didn't mind window shoppers. There is an Audiophile outlet not too far from Richer Sounds which is well worth a visit if you have never had an immersive audio experience and you do not need to spend £1000's either.

I’ll tell you what, Richer Sounds is a dark horse for the U.Ks best tech shop. I was in the queue behind my friends John and Lewis and we all got seen in no time at all! Great value TV, had some trouble setting it up but customer service on the phone was great! Highly recommend.

On the Saturday I visited the shop it was very busy & a couple who were interested in a large TV kept one the staff tied up for ages which ment the other chap was dealing with everyone else so it was a long wait until I was served. The 2 guys on the tills were very helpful though so it is not a reflection on them.

The staff are always friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Equipped with suggestions & recommendations. Our item was not in store however this was ordered (with discount) and delivered the next day to our home. Best service. Recommend visiting Richer Sounds.
