They did the job quickly and well, having first explored every angle to see if they could fix the old one first, thus trying to save us a lot of money. After sales service is second to none. Rob has been invaluable maintaining my hot tub on a holiday let. This involves weekly visits in a short time frame and has never let me down, He is a consummate professional and goes over and above keeping an eye on the property for anything he thinks needs some maintenance before the next guests arrive. Rob from Swimtek Pools is one of the most enthusiastic and accommodating service providers that I have dealt with in a very long time. He cares about his customers and is always willing to try to help. During recent ground works by a third party firm we suffered water loss from the pool, fearing the worst and unable to gain assistance from our usual pool company, I googled for pool people in our area and found Swimtek. I called for their help, received immediate excellent trail and error advice over the phone, followed by a site visit the following day where the leak was expertly identified by Rob. As we were also needing a new solar cover I asked Swimtek Pools to quote on delivery time, installation and price. 7 days later Rob supplied and installed a new Certikin 600 Micron Geo Thermal Energy Guard Solar Cover for our in-ground pool. 100% delighted with Swimtek's service & Products.

After purchasing a house with a neglected pool, Rob helped me to be able to restore the pool from murky green to sparkling blue water.
