From the moment I met Scott, I knew that he was the person that I wanted to install my home security.I had 3 CCTV cameras, full alarm system, window shock sensors and a motion sensor in my garden installed, very professionally.Scott is polite and courteous, and made me feel very comfortable having him around in my own home when my husband was at work. Excellent experience with Abbotrack. Scott was very professional and gave a five star customer service!we had cctv fitted around our house, he come and we explained what we was wanting and he spoke about what would be best and where to be fitted.Scott come to fit them and did an amazing job!! we are so happy and could not recommend him enough!!!

Absolutely superb service from quote to installation. Scott listened, offered advice and kept me informed at every stage of the process. He speaks in plain English - not technical jargon - and was on time, sympathetic to the building, cleaned up fully and took time to explain the system in full. I chose to use Abbotrack Security based on Google reviews and was not disappointed. Professional and efficient, the technicians removed an outdated Optima alarm system, replacing it with a modern alternative. I was extremely happy with the quoted price and when they arrived, treated my house with care whilst conducting the work. Most importantly, I was extremely happy with the end result and feel safer in my home.

Scott recently helped with correcting a DVR installation undertaken by a different local installer (Roadcamera UK)- and was extremely helpful in setting up the DVR so that it could be used for exporting videos. Will be using his company to upgrade the low quality DVR supplied by the other installer. Wish I'd chosen his company first - would have saved me hundreds of £. Very reliable and competend service.

Well, what a fantastic experience that was!We asked Scott to give us a quote several months ago and he helped us with various options and issues we had with our brand new house. We've just moved in and Scott came to do an on site survey, managed to lower the cost by taking advantage of a few options we had asked the builder to incorporate, and agreed an installation date a couple of days ago.Scott came bang on time, was ultra professional throughout and spent the whole day with us installing, testing and then explaining how to use the system, including the app.Absolutely brilliant!!We cannot recommend Scott and Abbotrack highly enough. We have opted for the 3 year maintenance agreement as well.Thanks Scott...and yes, we are using both the panel and the app just as you advised!!
