I am a regular shopper at the moreton hall branch both with business and private and I am always treated with positive, helpful and professional staff led by their branch manager. Worth checking stock online before random pickup but probably 98% in stock on all visits.Well done to your recruitment team.

I bought a micro shovel 16 months ago and it broke. They refused to replace stating a 12 month warrenty. To bad the product they sold couldn't last more than 1.5 years. I must be superman to split steel. Had to buy another.

You know what you get with Screwfix, a constantly increasing portfolio of products and great service. The guys here are really helpful if you need to check anything out before buying, generally I click and collect and it's always ready to go when I get there which when your in a hurry helps.

Over the weekend I needed to visit ScrewFix branches in both Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich (Whitehouse).Vini, at ScrewFix Bury St Edmunds was patient, helpful and polite whilst searching drawer sliders on the system for us. Nahidul at ScrewFix in Ipswich was too when he attempted the quest.Sadly they couldnt supply on this occasion but did help us with alternative outlets to consider.Vini and Nahidul offered excellent customer service and ScrewFix should consider themselves lucky to have such 'shining' team members.Thank you both, your efforts are very much appreciated. Great store, the staff are all knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Their opening ours are great for late night/ weekend work. Open to both trade and the public. Lots of stock held in store, If they don't have it they can get it in usually the next day even over the weekend.
