We needed to get the door handle fixed on the front door at Baaa38 in Chorley after it broke just a few months after install. The original installer did not respond to our request for a repair (very poor service) so we contacted Chris at VPS. Chris responded very quickly, ordered the part and made the repair. Great service and I would highly recommend VPS if you need any door or window related repairs.

Chris & Nigel came today to repair my old wonky 10 year old Bi fold doors that would not open, close or lock, I expected I'd need to have them replaced but calling VPS door & window saved me a few thousand pounds!They replaced the hinges, making a mind blowing number of intricate adjustments, also refitted the glass and re packed them to make the frames square again, they also somehow sorted the sliding mechanism & adjusted the locking mechanism - they even cleaned them! they are lovely guys to deal with, very professional & knowledgeable. nothing phased them, they just knew what had to be done. The price quoted was the price i paid, no hidden costs or extras. A professional service with no fuss or issues. My old wonky, draughty, unusable bi folds now look super smart and glide open & shut faultlessly with no effort just as they did when 1st installed over 10 years ago! These guys have just finished repairing my back door which is now as good as new. They work efficiently, are very friendly and their work has a 12 month guarantee. Brilliant service indeed. Definitely recommend.

Superb service. Replied to my email quickly, despite it being a Bank Holiday. Priced the job from a short video of the problem; bottom of front door sticking. Attended the next day, on time. My door is good as new. I can't recommend highly enough.

I was very impressed with Chris and the service he provided.After ringing him arrived exactly the time he had stated.He measured and gave me a quote for replacing a blown double glazed unit. I accepted the quote and he arrived 3 weeks later again his timekeeping was excellent. He fitted the glass unit in quick time and it looks great. There was no mess at all. Chris and Nigel did a great job fixing my window and back door. I couldn't have asked for better people as they were really friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Chris and Nigel were respectful of my property so that no mess was left and even offered to put my Christmas lights back up for me as they had to be taken down to fix the window.
