Not a bad place but the chips were the only thing that tasted nice there. The Burgers aren't any to write home about to be brutally honest.

What have I just paid £35 for????The bacon was cremated beyond all recognition. The burger looked like it had been sat on before wrapping, and the chips looked and tasted like they were reheated from yesterday's lunch. I feel totally ripped off

First time going to a five guys restaurantAnd thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the foodThe staff are very friendlyOrdered a burger and fries... choice of toppings...so your burger is exactly as you like it... and freshly prepared !!!And ordered skinny fries with it..if you are not a big eater and sharing then only order one portion more than enough for twoSame with the burger only order the small....Drinks were a little on the expensive sideSo consider taking your own is my adviceThe restaurant was clean and nicely laid out with extra seating upstairsOne thing I noticed.... they advised that they used locally produced potatoesYes try and enjoy

First time trying five guys after it’s magnificent reputation throughout the world .The restaurant interior was excellent , it was an all American vibe , yet quite simple and enjoyable. .The food was elite .. some god level stuff . One of the top 5 burgers of my life . It was juicy and crispy at the same time . The bun was very soft and all the fillings were very complimentary to the overall flavour .The service was excellent ! Staff were very polite and the waiting times weren’t too bad either .However very expensive for just a burger … worth it tho .Food : 9/10Service FOH : 9/10Waiting times : 8/10Restaurant environment: 8/10Cleanliness : 7/10Price : 5/10Overall score : 8.5Definelty recommend to come here .

Not bad, but definitely overrated. Been here countless times, as well as other Five Guys locations. They’re all relatively consistent with good quality ingredients, fast service and pretty decent and helpful staff, this one being no exception. Good size restaurant with plenty of seating, especially upstairs.As for the food itself, tastes amazing the first few times but then after that you see past it and realise you’re paying like £30 for 2 burgers, 2 drinks and 1 large fries, as good as they are it’s still fast food and hardly a proper restaurant experience.I will say the burgers are always cooked and assembled perfectly. The fries portions are always very generous, 1 large would be enough for 3 people.Drinks machine is good, a million different flavour combinations to try when they’re all working, free refills too of course.Overall it’s worth going if you’ve never been but not completely worth the price.

disjointed service with Milkshakes being served a good 10 minutes before our food was ready. untidy tables, the burgers were good, but not enough to save the lackluster service and general atmosphere that we experienced.
