Served us at 10,15pm then, just 5 minutes later, told everyone to leave and provided plastic glasses to drink on the pavement! Won't be going there again.

Customer Service at its worst.Visited this pub at lunch time to watch the Manchester United game on BT sports.Asked the English barmaid to switch the programme to the Man U game ten minutes before kick off her reply was she will get around to it. Asked again at kick off as did many other people her attitude was terrible and seemed to delight in ignoring such requests from customers. Ten minutes into the game still no Man U on the TV’s we put our unfinished drinks on the bar and advised her if she could not be bothered to put the game on we could not be be bothered to drink hereTerrible attitude that needs management intervention with a re training and guidance on understanding what good customer service is all about.

It's a chain pub, and they serve drinks. It's clean, reasonable prices, they take security seriously but the service can be a bit patchy. It's ok, and I'll definitely be going back.
