I’ve been having cryotherapy at Altrincham Cryo for a number of years now, it gives me great relief from many of my Multiple Sclerosis symptoms. It eases pain in my legs, improves bladder function and I always have a great nights sleep after each session.Highly recommend this place, great service, knowledgeable owner and staff, each visit is a pleasurable experience.

Very good service. I've just started using cryotherapy to help muscle recovery from marathon training. Early days but seems to help and certainly reduces the day's stress and anxiety and sets me up for a good night's sleep.

Have now had a couple of Cryo Chamber sessions at Altrincham Cryo, what can I say. Yes the chamber does get cold and you can feel it however the benefit afterwards makes it all worth it. It has helped relieve aches and pains and clears my sinuses for a good week or two.Alistair is great, puts you at ease and is professional even when there are technology hiccups.

I have been a client at cryoniq for the last few years, the guys are brilliant. Very friendly and professional. The Cryo chamber treatment is excellent and has helped me so much with my training for marathons, triatahlons and football. Would highly recommended!

Relaxed, welcoming, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. I've been a handful of times to relieve general inflammation in the body and prevent injury. Each time i feel light as a feather and refreshed. It's also extremely efficient on time with only 3 minutes in the chamber!
