I recently purchased a property through Gascoigne Halman and was extremely impressed with the service I received. Both Owen and Nicole were excellent agents who did their very best to keep everything moving, even when battling against the progress-blockers that are online agents. I was kept up to date through regular phone calls and they were always swift to answer any queries or concerns I had. I would definitely recommend

I sold my house through Gascoigne Halman within 3 weeks, however due to circumstances beyond their control the actual sale process took over six months. Throughout the process Jo & Owen were very proactive and kept me up to date with developments. By far they are the best estate agents I've ever dealt with and I would recommend them to anyone.

Joanne and her team have given a professional service from first meeting through to completion. A house move is considered to be one of life's most stressful situations. The staff at the Poynton office were brilliant especially Owen.Communication was excellent. Hi .They sold the house quickly but as I realised during the process it’s not just about selling.There were ups and downs along the way with surveys,solicitors etc. Owen and his colleagues were professional, kind and supportive all the way through. Owen facilitated the sale by communicating with solicitors and other Estate Agents keeping us informed at every step. I don’t know how long it would have taken without his persistence. I cannot recommend Gascoigne Halman Poynton highly enough. We were initially impressed with them following a house viewing where Owen showed us round. He was really knowledgeable and generous with his time whereas other Estate Agent viewings left us feeling rushed and with questions unanswered. After the viewing I decided that they displayed the qualities I wanted for my own house sale when it went on the market and I wasn’t disappointed. The whole journey from start to finish was fantastic. All the team, without exception, were an absolute pleasure to deal with and made what was sometimes a stressful experience much more bearable. Owen deserves a special mention of his own though, he’s simply amazing. I’m hoping we’re now in our forever home, but if not, we’d definitely use them again!

We sold through Gascoigne Halman. The service we received was excellent. Professional and courteous at all times, whilst also being friendly. Owen conducted most of the the viewings for us and was always on time and provided us with viewer feedback within 24 hours. Nicole always responded to our questions and gave us progress updates and Jo was always available for advice and support. A great team at the Poynton office we would have no hesitation to recommend.
