Ben called me within a few hours of my request regarding a new freesat box that couldnt pick up the signal. He talked me through some troubleshooter tips to try and it is all up and running. What a great guy. Very polite and could have easily tried to sell me his services as another company had already tried to do but he chose to be helpful instead. Brilliant.

Ben was an excellent guy . Didn't give me a spiel . I told him what I wanted and that wasn't a problem . He returned my dish after one vision screwed it up .a really nice guy . Pleasure doing business with him . I highly recomend .thank you

Rang Ben about replacing our storm damaged aerials. He called round one hour later and gave us a free no obligation quote. Once the price was agreed Ben quickly removed the old aerials and installed the new aerial. Ben was knowledgeable, helpful and even gave us some free advice about our satellite dish that we use when touring in our caravan. We would certainly recommend him.

Incredible service by Ben. Appointment offered within 48 hours. Rapidly diagnosed problem and replaced old aerial there and then. High level of workmanship, can't recommend highly enough.

Phoned Ben very short notice. On a Sunday too. My grans free sat dish had stopped working. Being housebound and 77 and with Alzheimer’s her tv is company when family isn’t there. Ben, at Aerial Services, Wales and I chatted to a couple of times in order to arrange an appointment, as my work diary was all over the place, however, Ben was extremely flexible and managed to slot me in, for which I am extremely grateful.Ben arrived slightly early, in spite of Friday traffic and the travel from Cardiff to Carmarthenshire....A quick further discussion to confirm our requirements, and check the suitability of the planned location for the instal and Ben quickly got to work. Ben explained what he was going to do, what materials he was going to use, all of which was very reassuring..Ben worked quickly, methodically, gave great advice, explaining what he was doing and why, answering my daft questions with good humour.Ben's work ethic is amazing, and his approach to customer service is very refreshing - and superb!All in all, we are very pleased with the work Ben has carried out here, he left the work area clean and tidy, the work was well planned and executed perfectly.I have no hesitation in recommending Ben and Aerial Services Wales to others - already passed on his card to my neighbours!
