Very friendly and welcoming group, great teacher, and capoeira is good for both body and mind! Great way to keep fit, both cardio and strength, plus fun playful sparring to music. What's not to like! Strongly recommend giving it a go.

My son has been going to the Portsmouth class For over two years and I'm really happy with the results his instructor Dori is excellent and very patient with children, I would highly recommend this class!
