I ordered a wedding bouquet for a civil wedding ceremony.A fresh and beautifully arranged bouquet was delivered, as requested, by 10am on Monday morning. The bride was delighted with the arrangement, and so was I. Thank you very much.

I cannot recommend Amber Rose enough!They under promised and over delivered by a long shot. Sonia and the team set the scene for me to propose to my girlfriend after 4 years. I called this florist as it was local to my aunts address and it was her anniversary. They made her a beautiful bouquet - I was actually really impressed when she sent me the picture. Plus they did same day delivery! I'll definitely use them again.

We looked into few different florists and found it very frustrating to find what we were looking for. We found Amber Rose through my husband’s friend. We then met with Sonia from Amber Rose and discussed what we were looking for. Since I didn’t know much about flowers, Sonia had many great ideas and beautiful flowers to choose from. We didn’t have a clear idea of what we wanted but after discussing possible flowers and assessing the pictures of the church and venue, we came up with a selection of flowers and arrangements.Sonia then invited us to come back and she prepared a sample table center, which we absolutely loved. Since our church and venue was quite decorative inside we wanted something simple but something that stands out and is noticeable. Amber Rose delivered exactly that. The flowers were fresh and looked stunning without overwhelming the venue. I wanted something beautiful and classic but subtle and elegant. This is the same with my bridal bouquet; it was well suited for the dress I was wearing. Everything exceeded my expectations. The whole process was smooth, with good communication and delivery. Amazing flower arrangements and staff. My dad and I visited to order some arrangements for a memorial service for my mum. They were very friendly and considerate and gave lots of good suggestions without pushing us to make a decision, and together we came up with a design using colours my mum loved.On the day I was blown away by how beautiful the arrangements looked - they were even better than I imagined they’d be, and all our guests wanted to take them home! I feel Amber Rose went above and beyond providing a fantastic service and I’d definitely recommend them.

I received the details for this florist through Interflora as they were the closest to the crematorium. I was able to get in direct contact to discuss what I wanted for my dear family friend's funeral flowers. Amber was so helpful and the flowers arrived as per time and were beautiful. Paradise on earth, this slice of heaven creates the most amazing arrangements with the most beautiful and high quality flowers. I recommend them as the go to place to add the 'extra special' to whatever the occasion is.

My mother visited the store yesterday to buy some flowers with my grandmother. The flowers, whilst well presented, are average at best despite a high price, and the customer service staff were incredibly rude. Disappointing, will not be returning.

We just received from kind neigbours an Amber Rose arrangement of flowers to cheer us up after the recent flood. I know they are capable of creating tasteful arrangements because I have looked at their photos. This one is lurid and the roses included in it are well past their prime. Even the wrapping was carelessly done. I can only conclude this is the result of my reporting to them the last time I was sent flowers from their shop that they had died after a day! I was accused of not looking after them properly, and of not being used to receiving flowers! I told them I thought it was because they created their arrangement in purple dyed water, which could not have been good for the blooms. They sent a replacement arrangement which was gratefully received, but I fear they have harboured a grudge. Not good PR. I shall not tell the senders about this: they are in their nineties, and I don't want to upset them.

Beautiful arrangement, again. I’m always very impressed by the personal touch in every bouquet.
