Had a bad car accident in a area we had never been. Katie came in a taxi to rescue us from the side of thr road in the middle of the night. I know its hard to imagine how a Taxi ride can be so great. But she was the kindest person. She was so incredibly thoughtful. She immediately started to charge our phones, from hearing us discuss battery issues. She put her seat heating on and provided an emergency blanket when the shock of the accident kicked in. She got the hotel staffs attention before we left the car, so we were not standing on the side of the street waiting to be let in late at night. She was absoloutly exceptional in every way. I cannot put words to the kindness. She was our saviour that night. I'm pleased to say we got the all clear regarding health, and this was all supported by this wonderful human who rescued us when we needed it most. Thank you Katie and Ace Taxis

The service is outstanding. We booked three cabs from ACE and they were all so helpful. Special mention to the cab driver Kate, thank you so much for that dreamy, fairytale-like route towards Stourhead. Your artistic eye is exceptional. Truly, all of the drivers we met were excellent.

Excellent service all round. Picked up from Gillingham station within 10 mins of calling, and Kate couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly. I had travelled down from Scotland and she got me to my hotel quickly and safely, and was able to recommend decent pubs, viewpoints and also told me about Gold Hill. Thank you Kate!

Went out of their way to help when I left my bag in the boot. Tom was amazingly helpful from start to end in getting four of us home after flooding / a collision on the railway.

Absolutely stellar service. I was spending the weekend in the area without a car and so needed to book several journeys ahead of time over two days. Andy was very responsive, grateful for the advance notice, and made all the arrangements. On the weekend, I was superbly looked-after by Lee and Alan, who were punctual, responsive, and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone needing a taxi service in the area.
