I received easy to understand personally tailored advice as to which new laptop to buy and it arrived very quickly. I was offered free Windows training and it is reassuring to know I can get assistance if needed locally and will see the same person. Would definitely recommend this service.

Richard and the team installed a new solid state drive and upgraged my computer to Windows 10. As a not very computer literate person I was nervous, but following the upgrade the help and assistance they gave to point me in the right direction was first class and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Cracking IT company. They perform regular maintenance and updates for us on a weekly basis keeping our systems secure and when there is an IT problem (as there always is when you run several management programmes that are supposed to communicate with each other) they are damn good at fixing the problem. We use them for IT support and also buy all our computer hardware from them.

Customer service (emails) - Could be better!As a customer of theirs, if I had any problems with the PC, I used to get a response regarding it. But sadly in the past year or so I haven't had a response whatsoever to two of my enquiries which is disappointing. I understand that they may be short-staffed/COVID issues but bit rude not to reply to customer's emails whatsoever.
