Tidmarsh Blinds

Absolutely appalled by their service. Ordered 2 nylon made to made to measure curtains, 9m each.,wth specific hight pencil pleat. They wrote down the details, in a week gave us back wrong length and no pencil pleat done. Told me I have to pay another 75 extra for that., not only rip off, but very rude about it too. It didn't occur to me to check the length when I bought them home , did not think they will cheat the customer like that. I only asked they to rectify their mistake of not sewing the tape as paid to for and requested. I feel cheated and disappointed. Don't ever order made to measure from this shop. Save your money and time!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Had an order passed to them and did not follow through for over 6 months, no contact and did not care, blinds still not fitted and no contact.

Tidmarsh installed new blinds in our house, they are automated and custom made, they look incredible, smart and work perfectly, they completely make our home. Tidmarsh were professional and friendly from beginning to end, I thoroughly recommend them.
