Absolutely lousy architects. All the measurements and dimensions on the plans were wrong. They are completely incompetent and won't take responsibility for their mistakes. Don't use them.

We recently started the process of getting a loft conversion done. White Agus and Tom were recommended to us and we would definitely recommend to others. Tom was quick to get out and go through the process, he explained all the steps and left details for us. He organised the structural engineer, dealt with the building control elements and kept us up to speed at each step. Everything has been made so simple and easy and we would definitely recommend Tom and White Agus to anyone.

Very professional and understanding of our building requirements, no job is too little, Tom and the team always updated us and had the time to make sure we understood what was required, they our extremely detailed and thorough with drawings and personal preferences. Tom made sure we had what we wanted in the drawings but he also provided excellent suggestions which I picked, also very accurate costing plans! We would highly recommend White Agus Partnership. Tom from White AGUS is the ultimate professional, knowledgeable and quietly confident. His experience was evident when he visited my home yet he was open minded to my ideas and how best to manage those into the build. His drawings are extremely detailed and the builders I have approached have had no issues with being able to transpose that into a cost.
