I've been using SAPS for several years now and the service is impeccable, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, prices are very good.They always offer to carry large items to your car for you... occasional sciatica sometimes makes it awkward for me but I know that they're willing to take the weight for me! Highly recommended company! (and Loki is a really relaxed shop cat!)

The manager is very rude. She spoke to me in an awful way which felt like she was belittling me, when I was only asking for advice on dog food. Her face went bright red and it was very awkward as other customers were behind me. She told me to hurry up as there was a queue of people waiting. I ended up walking out, and I will never shop here again, it was a very unpleasant experience.
