Lovely place very friendly staff

All the staff were very friendly and the vet was great with my cat. It was my first visit after moving to the area and am very pleased they are my local vets, thank you.

Absolutely shocked at the lack of hygiene and disappointed by the way my dog's examination was rushed. The vet's attitude seems careless and I could see my dog getting increasingly stressed. The whole experience was so abysmal that I booked her boosters with another practice.

Clean and tidy with kind and caring staff. Reasonably priced for Somerset.Very friendly staff. 24hr emergency cover offered. I have used them for all of my animals for close to 20yrs. They also run the practice in street. Honest diagnosis and they will direct you to specialist providers when in the animals best interest. Car park is small however a free public car park is very close on the other side of the road.

Staff were lovely to me and my dog when we were both stressed, explain everything and do all they can for us.Highly recommend them to anyone

I got a same day appointment for a very sad reason. They were so kind and comforting and I also got a card in the post a few days later. I would definitely recommend.

The best service ever, if you rang to get rid of your dog quick, use this service. Our dog is in a pretty bad way right now, and after two five minute assessments, we were advised it be the best idea to put him down, as he's in a lot of pain. We chose to get a second opinion, before bringing him in. A practising vet surgeon of 33 years, who felt it was slightly out of order, and began her treatment (on top of what was given to our dog) he perked right up and was in a much better way, so it's, so we are choosing to go with that option. Strange to find out these vets rang the rspca, on their misdiagnosis, giving us no option but to prove our actions are in the best interests of our own dog. Absolutely disgusted with these
