Was told there was a 3 weeks waiting list to be seen by a lawyer. Not good. Obviously short staffed or slow workers. Not helpful at all. Basically fobbed off. Promises of call backs. 3 weeks to get an appointment is not good practice. I worked as a paralegal for 25 years and always found room for a new client even if it meant losing some lunch time and taking that time back when I could. Over and beyond. 3 weeks for an appointment. Unbelievable.
