Absolutely excellent service and support at every step of the way. Brilliant quality carpets and transparent prices from the sales team, which is what I like. Fitters were quick, efficient and did a great job. I'll be returning to Coytes Carpets for all the other rooms in my home.

So glad to have popped in and found this lovely shop. Craig was incredibly friendly and helpful and I will be definitely using Coyte as my new go to shop for all things flooring! Carpet fitted in our Nursery ready for the arrival of our first in December. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommend.

Excellent service and a good choice of carpets for all budgets. A small issue during installation - but the team at Coyte Carpets really pulled one out of the bag and resolved the issue professionally and quickly. Many thanks to them and the carpet fitters who did a fantastic job through out. Highly recommended.

Coyte Carpets are fab! When I entered the showroom, Craig was very helpful in showing me different options and suggesting the best type of carpet for me. He gave me samples to take home so I could choose the colour that looked best. Craig came out to measure and my carpets were fitted very quickly.Great choice of carpets, great quality, great service!! Thanks Craig and the team!

Incredibly pleased with my new lounge and hallway Amtico flooring. I had excellent service from beginning to end and was advised on the best products by Craig and the best design by Mark which was expertly fitted by him. Many people have commented on how good it looks. I will definately be back soon to get other rooms in the house done :)

Another great experience with this company. We've used their sister company down the road for a mattress and sofa and had fantastic service. We like supporting local businesses. They were professional, not pushy at all and were really good to me when I caused confusion. The carpet fitters were great, dida fantastic job and cleared up after themselves well. The carpet looks lovely, the underlay they used is super thick and squishy and with two dogs it still looks great no matter how much mud etc they drag in. A quick wipe and it's clean. I would highly recommend this company if you want good quality and a great service at a fair price.

Always very helpful & good value. Last year we had two carpets lounge & hall fitted & yesterday new kitchen flooring. First class service all round from going into the shop to the fitting. A thank you to Craig who sorted out the hall & kitchen both of which are an awkward shape.
