Heysham Driving Test Centre

Lovely test centre, in a nice area right near the sea, Examiner Paul was great made me feel comfortable throughout could not fault him or the roads of Heysham..

One of the worest centres ever . The way they are dealing with women is un acceptable especially women with the Scarfs , they are practicing there racism on them. Be fair guys and treat every one equally .

Terrible service and terrible centre, one of the worst experiences I had trying to deal with this driving test centre, some people mentioned how bad it was but I didn’t trust their opinion but now I can see and do know how terrible service experience this place is giving unfortunately.....

Excellent test centre , don’t know all the negatives about this place and women , the examiner Jed put me at ease through out , explained my minors and I passed , I would advise anyone to go here as they are polite , curtious and a lot better attitude then other test centres , thank you heysham

Dont know who it was but the examiner who took my wife for her test made her feel so at ease, who ever you are thank you she passed but it was because of the way you put her through her test she felt comfortable your a credit to your profession. John aldred

I did my mod 2 bike test here. Clint was my examiner. He was really good spike clearly and puts you at ease prior to the test. Good facilities to get a drink or snack. I passed my test and clung explained where I went wrong on errors I made but pleased I passed.

Have seen many comments about racism. This was not what I experiences at the test centre. Jed was very kind so not sure why all this abuse he is getting. He gave me good feedback om why i failed three major errors. I have no qualms in that as I now know I need to work on roundavouts and parking maneoivers

What can I say passed my D licence at 62 thanks to all the lovely staff from Nigel who did my assessment through to Gary Craig Wolf and Dave who did my reverse and special thanks to Craig and Paul my examiner who calmed me down as they could see I was very nervous. Thanks to all the office staff. Anyone wanting to learn to drive at any level needs to use this driving school. One bit of advise though I booked 2 8 hour day courses but actually only driven for about 5/6 per day with breaks etc which you do need when driving for long periods of time in stressful situations at times so if you can book 4 hour slots so you maximize your time driving.
