My wife and I went to see the Peloton team at John Lewis in Milton Keynes for a bike fitting after having our bike for a little over a month. They were excellent—professional, helpful, and fun. They were excited to talk to us about our Peloton experience so far and it made for a fun trip! They got my wife and I’s measurements dialed in quickly. It was surely worth the trip. With the adjustments the team recommended, we were beating our old personal bests in no time.I highly recommend dropping in for a bike fitting!

Receive great service from the Peloton team at John Lewis Milton Keynes. Really helpful, friendly staff. Gave great information and advice. When I ordered the Guide product they called to see if I was OK setting up the device. They also went the extra mile to answer a query I had once I was set up to use the device. Highly recommend the team at John Lewis MK if you are interested in Peloton products and I am finding my experience with the Guide product to be amazing. Brilliant instructors and choices of classes.

Went for a Bike Fit with Emylee and she was brilliant, even adjusted the cleats on my shoes for me which were slightly out. Good set up with all the equipment available to try (also had a go on the Tread) and knowledgeable team. Good follow up with my new bike settings emailed to me and other questions addressed. Strongly recommend.

Using our Peloton bike for several months we decided to revisit JL at MK for a bike fit. The attention to detail and enthusiasm of Emlyee and the team checking our individual settings was really encouraging. The little tweaks make such a difference to your posture and performance. Emlyee also explained the cleat positioning on shoes which was very helpful. An hour well spent and it was nice to catch up with the team there too!

My husband and I have been thinking about getting a Peloton for some time, and with the offer in January, we went off to see the Peloton team in John Lewis Milton Keynes. They couldn't have been more helpful. Tasmine told us everything we needed to know and we made the the purchase there and then and we were not disappointed. The bike was delivered and set up on the exact date given. We went back to the team to get a fitting, Callum did this and he was brilliant. Whilst dealing with the team George was always on hand to answer any of my questions. I highly recommend going in trying the bike and using this team, they really know what they are talking about and they support you every step of the way. Thanks so much Sharon

After having the bike for a number of years I had always been meaning to arrange a bike fit, I'm glad I finally did. Though my bike calibration was only slightly out overall, the new settings have certainly made a difference. Great service, both Emylee and Tasmine were very polite and informative- nothing felt rushed. Anyone who is debating whether a bike fit is worth doing, it is!

Purchased my Peloton Bike from John Lewis Peloton team in Milton Keynes, Mike Gethin was great, spent ages with us explaining how everything worked, so we purchased the bike, after 30 days decided to upgrade to the Bike+ which arrived on Monday this week, booked in for a fitting to make sure that I was properly set up, it’s easy to book in online, you then get a call to let you know what you need to bring, went for my fitting tonight with George Gray, adjusted the cleats on my shoes, then in to the bike where they take a video and still shots and then calculate all the measurements for your seat and handlebars. This is such a great service, makes all the difference to the rides and the team at Milton Keynes are brilliant, I would highly recommend anyone who hasn’t had the fitting to do so. Thanks George and Mike for all your help.

Tasmine arranged a zoom call with me and showed me around the bike and all the accessories. Tasmine has also been in contact with me after I received my bike and has answered any questions I have. Totally recommend this team and their customer service. A great decision to buy a Peloton from JL

Went to the John Lewis Store in Milton Keynes for a pre-booked bike fitting with George. I have had the bike for over a year but heard good things about going for a proper bike fitting but have put it off due to covid. I always thought as I have previously done gym spin classes I would pretty accurate with the bike settings but I was sooooo wrong. Half an hour later and my seat needed to go up 5 settings and the handlebars up by 1. I am hoping this will allow me to push myself even more now.Although I already had the bike George still made sure I was aware of any aftercare to contact them direct in the store. Really good service and friendly staff.
