Francesco worked with me on a very challenging task that required significant re-design of a commercial product so that it could be approved as medical device. If you know anything about designing medical devices, you will be able to appreciate the apparently never ending series of challenges that were faced in order to comply with applicable safety standards (while also being constrained by the original, commercial product design). Francesco always maintained a positive attitude, never gave up, and never failed to offer valuable ideas/solutions.He was always a pleasure to work with, and it is evident that he has high standards (technical as well as ethical).In addition to his own skills, he collaborates with an equivalently professional/skilled group that provides support for mechanical design, EMC testing (e.g., 60601-1-2), and general safety (e.g., 60601-1).

We originally engaged Neutronix to create a new layout for a PCB that had been amended in house to address noise problems. We worked closely with him to review the whole architecture of the PCB to address several problems that Francesco had identified.What we ended up with was infinitely better than we had started with. All was completed within the quoted timescales. I cannot fault the quality of work, communication and general service.
