Fit&Vital Life - Private Female Gym

I joined the 8 week Drop A Dress Size program at Fit & Vital Life because I felt miserably unfit and lumpy after lockdown. It was daunting starting on my own but I needn’t have worried as everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Since then I feel I have made real progress thanks to Sean and Jade’s challenging, productive and enjoyable sessions, dropping a dress size and feeling much stronger and more toned.I am continuing my membership and would thoroughly recommend this gym to any woman looking to improve their fitness, especially those who, like me, have struggled to ever enjoy going to commercial gyms.

My friend convinced me to try a session only knowing it involved weights which I would never have had the confidence to try in a larger gym. I wasn't sure and nervous as I didn't feel particularly strong. That was about 10 months ago and I'm so happy that I gave it a go. Unlike some gyms or classes you actually see results here and can see how much stronger you're getting. For anyone thinking about it, come along and try. The other ladies are friendly and so supportive. You wouldn't get that in a large gym. Sean knows before you how capable you are. 100% recommend!

Excellent gym !! Felt welcomed and relaxed as soon as I arrived . Can see the difference in my shape after my 3 months of 3/4 classes a week and so can everyone else . Dropped a dress size for sure ! If your thinking of joining .. stop thinking and give it a go !!!

Before starting Drop A Dress Size For Summer Programme I was extremely apprehensive as I never enjoyed going to gym and felt very self-conscious.I knew I needed to change my eating habits and start exercising as I'm not getting any younger and overweight and unfit.Fit & Vital has changed my life!Only on day 4 but my diet has changed completely and Sean provides fabulous meal plans and advice and support whenever I need it.I was dreading the gym sessions but they are very small ladies only sessions. Sean & Jade are amazing at delivering training and make me feel so comfortable and relaxed.

Was always bit scared of going the gym as wasn't sure if I was using the equipment properly. I felt as though i couldnt ask anybody for help as to show me how to use eqipment correctly but That's definitely not the case with Fit and Vital, from day 1 Sean and Jade made me feel so welcome and always keep you right. The girls are all friendly and made me feel welcome , and lots of encouragement from all of them, and I've even made some life time friends . Would highly recommend, so if your a bit scared or even have any reservations give Fit and Vital a try . You won't be disappointed
