My partner and I rented a lovely Edinburgh flat via 9% from October 2013 to August 2015. They were incredibly thorough in all respects and any repairs were seen to promptly. All communications were professional and courteous and we were given ample notice if access was needed for inspections etc. Definitely one of the best rental agencies I have had the pleasure of dealing with in my 18 or so years of renting in Edinburgh, thank you Stewart & team.

I have been using 9% Property Management to manage my Edinburgh flat for approx. 4.5 years now and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Living abroad, it was nerve wracking to leave our property in someone else's hands, but Stewart and the team have been absolutely fantastic - so much so that they now manage a second property for us too.
