I bought a car last month and for the first week I hear noise sounds from the rear breaks then in my dash board the engine fault warning is blinking, so I called them to fix the car they collected the car but no guarantee what day will be finished fixing. And they are ignoring my calls.If there is a ZERO rate I will rate this as ZERO.

Bought an Audi A4 off these, advertised through Autotrader mileage advertised was 5000 miles more when it was delivered also said it’d just had a fresh MOT it didnt, had the car 13 days did less than 500 miles in it and the car broke down, top end of the engine was gone and had around 7 litres of oil in, needless to say was an absolute waste of money buying it repair work would’ve cost me the same as the car, contact through a mobile phone hopeless also the fact now it’s been 2 months owning it the car had to be scrapped!! appalling.

They delivered my car very quickly and extremely happy with the car it’s brilliant runs perfect hope to get another car off them in the future and i highly recommend this company

Bought a car off these around 6 months ago. Looked fine when I looked at it and test drive was fine too. Only got 5 mins down road after purchasing and lights appeared on the dashboard for handbrake faulty, dpf and abs system. Turned round went back to garage for them to tell me the lights would go out and they never did!! I have had to have the timing belt changed and the aux belt and water pump as they were in a shocking state. Once I had this work carried out that’s when to my amazement the list of problems were just unreal. I rang the garage and asked them to sort these big problems but all I got is we will sort it for you but at my expense! There attitude was you bought a £2000 car what do you expect. Well I expect it to last more than 6 months!! This car was for me and my children a Citroen c4 grand Picasso and I rely on a car for day to day things. Even a few mechanics said they would of known about these issues before selling so the car should never have been sold!! I am now without a vehicle as it doesn’t drive so it’s just sat on my drive! They will not reply to me so I am now going down trading standards route and they are involved I would give these a ZERO rating if there was one. AVOID this garage go elsewhere as I wouldn’t want the same to happen to anyone else!

Bought a car of these a few months ago. Straight away, there was problems with the car. First they said they would put it right, but didn't. Then they just started Ignoring my calls and messages. The car now has even more faults, the clutch has gone and is going to cost at least £600 to put right. AVOID THESE!

If zero was an option id give them zero. Extremely false advertising and poor customer service.
