Buster my big old nervous boy was just done, he was always a nervous Nellie which came across as aggression, but his time had came he was no longer the crazy dog running about at 100mls an hour.I looked for a while for a vet who could come to our home and help Buster from his obvious pain and suffering.A few vets refused to even assess Buster as soon as aggression was mentioned, but Jen & Rosy from KintraVet came out of to see Buster.None of my family had been in my house in years as I never knew how Buster would react .Jen & Rosey came in ,he had a wee look and a grunt but the were amazing with him, I was amazed when He Jen managed to administer sedation IM,Af TT er a wee wait they came back and assisted Buster to end his suffering.We are both so grateful to the compassion and understanding shown to Buster & myself.I am so glad I found KintaVet to be there with us at that sad time.Their support was so important for us.I could not speak any higher about the care given to my friend and myself.Thank youIrene

I would like to say a big thank you to Kintra vets and especially Beatrice. My dog summer reached a great age of 18 she had the best life but became very poorly. Beatrice from Kintra vets came to the house. Summer had to be put to sleep. The whole process was so dignified and peaceful. Kind and compassionate. They made a difficult time of letting go of a beloved companion of 10 years a little easier, removing the stress of taking an old sick cat that hates travel to the vet to get euthanised.Very professional, explaining all the steps and taking us through the journey at hid speed.

We searched the internet for home euthanasia services and discovered Kintra Vet. With a heavy heart, we scheduled an appointment with them. Our experience with these veterinarians was exceptional, as they displayed friendliness, professionalism, and expertise. They treated our beloved pet with the utmost dignity and respect, even as she departed.

There are no words to thank Jen and the team for the supportive, caring and compassionate way they looked after us last Tuesday when we had to say farewell to our beloved Shetland Collie, Roxy. I couldn’t have wished for a more peaceful goodbye. They gently talked us through every stage of the process and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. It was a beautiful and dignified way to say our last farewell. I would thoroughly recommend this service to anyone.

Really felt at ease with the girls coming out immediately to see my very elderly cat who had an ingrown toenail and matted fur. My cat hates going to the vet and being seen at home felt the best way forward for her. Really happy with the service and the girls were friendly and very empathetic towards my very vocal cat.

I started using Kintra during covid as they were better than my vet at the time.Bruno hated vets and each time they came out they remembered this and were always ready to treat him as quickly as possible to keep the stress at a minimum.The treatment was specialised for him each time due to his issues.Yesterday was the day all pet owners dread.His deterioration was sudden overnight.From the first call everything was handled with kindness and efficency.Jen arrived asap, and explained everything while giving us space to say goodbye.The compassion you all showed didn't go unnoticed and I'll always appreciate you organising the crematorium for me too.You made a horrible day go as smoothly as possible, thank you.

We had to make the difficult decision to put our beloved dog to sleep after 15 years. She was always scared of car journeys and going to the veterinary surgery. Jen came out to our home and took such great care to help her pass peacefully in her sleep. Very professional, caring and compassionate.

I want to say the biggest thank you in the world to Jen for supporting May last night to give Sasha her last cuddle before she slept peacefully away and made her way over Rainbow Bridge. The practice is a credit to the veterinary profession. From the first call of enquiry, to Sashas last moments, the service delivery not only supported Sasha, but her family too. I have never experienced such heartfelt care, compassion and genuineness. Jen, being a vet is definitely you're calling.
