Ultrasound Scanning Services

The staff were cold and not very welcoming. The Gentleman at reception did not greet us and instead I had to say I was here for an appointment. We didn't have the best news at our appointment and there was no bedside manner just to the point and job done sort of thing. Unfortunately I won't return, I was surprised as there were many great reviews which is why I chose it in the first place but when I went in it was a completely different experience.

Indira is the best there is. This clinic is perfect for all your pregnancy prep needs! I went there for my NIPT tests as well as the amazing 3D/4D scan & honestly I wouldn’t go elsewhere. They always go the extra mile and really care about your unborn baby from the thorough measurements to the details in describing all that’s happening , Indira was just so personable and professional. Highly recommended. Dennis was also very friendly & helpful. A first class clinic.

Nothing but a good experience from Ultrasound scanning services. Been here 3 times now within my first trimester due to the NHS failing me. All of the sonographer’s have been so lovely and explained every process through with me. And any worries or concerns I have, they are happy to explain with me.

Fantastic and professional service. Much much better in so many ways than a different place I went to. I’ve seen Indira the majority of the time that I’ve been here and she’s always been gentle, reassuring and kind. I also saw another sonographer but I do prefer Indira if I’m honest. Also I had the NIPT test here and was very impressed by their ability to deduce results with a very small amount of blood. Turnaround time was just a few days and I’ve also been told that the cost for this is far far cheaper than other providers, as with the scans. I’ve even been here following an NHS scan because I knew they’d give me more reassurance. I’ve recommended others to come here and won’t ever be going anywhere else! The response to my query was quick. The receptionist was polite and professional. I felt extremely anxious and the sonographer Indira Mistry was warm and managed this sensitively. She explained everything clearly and is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. So happy I booked and I would definitely recommend this this service.

I had a very good experience here today. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Mrs Indira Mistry scanned me at 31 weeks and took her time with me and baby was in a good position luckily therefore managed to get beautiful photos and videos. Thank you so much. I even left with a gift for baby!!!

Old machines and facilities. Plus they try and sell you tests which are done much cheaper at other places. Don’t think they have trained staff to do the blood testing. Plus for many of your questions, they will say not important. I didn’t feel like even welcome, when you go don’t even see any smiling or greeting faces.
