I was lucky to get an appointment the same day. I hadn’t been for several years but Nick recognised me which was nice and made me feel at ease. My ears were unblocked in no time and I could finally hear again!

Highly recommend...I got an appt very quickly. The building is very easy to find and with parking nearby.Nick was very down to earth, made me feel comfortable and explained things fully before he checked my ears. And of course I'm very excited to be able to hear again!

Highly recommended. Went to specsavers hearing numerous times and no luck. Then they recommended Nick at Ear Care Centre and he sorted everything in about 5 minutes. I wish I went here first. Years of experience, great knowledge and highly trained. Please see a specialist like this!

I can’t thank Nick at Ear Care Centre enough! I lost my hearing in one ear just before a holiday on Monday, I rang up and was able to get an appointment the next day having searched everywhere for somewhere with less than a 2 week waiting list! The next day I was in and out promptly and can now hear again and can enjoy my holiday.Thanks Nick

Nick is professional, very knowledgeable and provides an excellent service. Both ears cleared of wax in ten minutes. I will go to him again if needed. Absolutely recommended.

As usual superb treatment with Nick for mum in law - and also had my ear checked & syringed at the same appointment - 80% blocked - discount given as turned into double appt.Would def recommend

Excellent service from start (making an appointment)to finish (micro suction).Nick was friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him as I am 100% happy the service he provided. I’ll be back…….but hopefully not for a while yet. Many, many thanks….5 stars all the way.

My ear was blocked with hard wax and causing problems! Nick was very knowledgeable, professional and gave great advice! The wax was removed in no time at all and completely painless! Would recommend to anyone having ear wax problems!

Went to the Lowestoft centre as I've had a blocked ear for weeks and nothing was resolving it. The man that helped me was very friendly and professional, quickly checked the problem and cleaned them out all within 10-15 minutes. I can finally hear clearly again, very efficient!
