Incredible customer service and communication. They kept me informed during every step, helped with revisions & made sure I was happy before proceeding. I made a few changes and they were so helpful & responsive. They also informed me when they were ready to ship and again the next day to see if I had received the labels and to make sure I was satisfied with the end result. The labels themselves are perfect, just what I was looking for. Excellent quality & I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for garment labels. Really pleased. The labels are exactly how I imagined and exactly as per my design. I was able to specify the exact size and I think they look great on my products. The whole process took around 4 weeks from placing my order, reviewing the sample, having 500 made and then posting them to me as well.
