New bike back wheel went out of true during ride from Bath to Charmouth. I turned up out of the blue. Simon dealt with it immediately and I was on my way again in about 20 mins. He is kind and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

If anything I'd say I was expecting it to be a little higher.Simon is clearly a pro, and was test riding another bike when I arrived to collect mine! I can't say I've ever seen a Halfords bike tech test riding a bike around Hankridge car park!Beautiful little workshop as well (slightly jealous of that but that's my problem!).I live in Taunton but will travel to Ilminster any time I need work done on the bike, it was well worth the trip and couldn't be happier with the results.Cheers Simon!

Simon is great. He has fixed and serviced two road bikes for me in the last couple of months. He is friendly and very helpful. Excellent value for money and I feel safe knowing he has checked them over. Highly recommended.

After two visits to another repair shop, the problem with my front derailleur was not resolved. Simon sorted it quickly and at a reasonable price. it has been fine since.
