We have been using offsite for a couple of years, and have a maintenance contract with them, which has been invaluable ,when things go wrong, they are there at the end of the telephone to put things right, and proactive in recommending ways to improve our IT. They are always polite, patient and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them. They recently helped us with a re-branding which went extremely well.

The services received by Offsite IT are top class. Always prompt to pick up the phone and they respond quickly to emails while sorting issues in a timely manner. The team are very professional, whether online or in person, and are all very knowledgeable; there's yet to be an issue that's completely stumped them.
