I cannot recommend this company enough! The service that I received from start to finish was absolutely amazing. Professional friendly and helpful.Such an easy way of hiring an outfit, it’s brought to your door and then collected and takes so much stress away.I can honestly say I was blow away with the quality of the costume! My 4 year old still talks about meeting Chase.Thank you again for such an amazing experience from start to finish!

Kent Mascot hire were extremely pleasant to deal with and most helpful. Communication was excellent and fun! The costumes arrived before time, and were in excellent condition. Everyone was really impressed with our costumes at out daughters American Themed party!Return instructions were clear, and the costumes were collected from an alternative address as we were away on holiday.I would definitely recommend and will use them again when we need costumes!! Thank you

Lauren was very polite and easy to deal with, costume was identical to the TV character Bing. Highly recommend, delivery and collection very easy and quick. Costume was a big hit with the little ones at the party, deposit was refunded very quickly after returning. Will definitely use again.

I hired the Plush Chase (Paw Patrol) costume for my grandson's 3rd birthday and it was absolutely awesome, everyone commented on the quality and realism of the costume... what a hit it was with our grandson, he adored it!The service from Lauren and the team was first class from initial contact through to the return of the costume. Full tracking and updates for delivery and return in both directions.I truly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again with our other grandchildren's parties.

We hired the lol mascot for our daughters 5th birthday. Lauren was very helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. The mascot arrived in perfect time and was everything I wanted. My daughter and her friends had a great time and didn’t want her to go! I will definitely use this company again. Great service
