VAALA

This time last year my husband and I were in the position of unable to sell our house so ‘plan B’ build the space we needed for my parents to move in. Simple? No. We had never done anything like this before and had a bit of a Goldilocks experience before Vaala came to our rescue. First quote was exorbitant. Second quote was okay until we realised it was only a quote for labour no materials. Third quote was high and the builder unreliable. We also had a couple of no shows. Then hallelujah a letter came through the post from Vaala Limited and Esi came to visit. It was an immediate connection with someone honest and reliable. We felt secure in the knowledge that Esi and his team would do their very best to provide what we needed. They have been truly amazing. The team work so hard and their patience is incredible. I am one who likes to ask questions, discuss, change my mind…..change it back again and they managed to cope with that and all deserve medals. I would like to thank every single one of them for their hard work and dedication. Special thanks to Viktor and Rafel for their never ending patience and Rafel explanations of what’s going on today. I genuinely missed all of them when they left us at the beginning of this year after building the most beautiful one bedrooms annex that is the envy of all the family. We all want to move in. We still have support if we need it from Esi and he is brilliant at returning your calls and visiting if you need him. We had a quote that we went over due to problems we didn’t envisage. It’s not a cheap undertaking. However, the finished price was less than all out other quotes and the fact that we felt we had a company and hard workers we could totally trust is priceless.If you are looking for a company who you can totally rely on them Vaala is the one. I will 100% use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone reading this review.
