Went in this shop for the forst time today, the man serving us was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products in the shop. I went home and made myself a tea with the bought tea leafs...it was a very nice blend and i will definitely be returning!

I have been buying from the company online but recently popped into the shop in Bournemouth. The owner spent time with me talking through the vast & various teas. He was so knowledgeable and helpful.Purchased a glass mug and defusser and a new bunch of teas to try. The gunpowder mint is brilliant.Highly recomended if you are into your tea.

Was bought the discovery set for a present, and have been delighted with it. Presentation and packaging was excellent!Flowering teas look lovely in the glass pot, and tea delicious! Recently lost filter, and had excellent service, over and above what I expected!
