JDRM Dental Care Coalville

This is coming from an extremely nervous patient. I was at this dentist yesterday in Coalville for an extraction of a broken tooth. From walking in the door ( I was there 2hrs early as I got time wrong ) the reception lady’s were so polite and welcoming. The dentist saw me virtually straight away and him and the lady with him made me so relaxed. The extraction went perfect.I cannot thank the dentist and staff enough. I can’t recommend this dental practice enough. A BIG thank you and a happy Xmas to you all.

So! I am a very VERY nervous patient when it comes to visiting the dentist. I have been so anxious all morning leading up to my appointment.....what a waste of a morning! I had absolutely no need to be so scared, Dr Syed and Katie were so very patient and comforting Dr syed explained everything in a very reassuring manner. The whole process took less than 5 minutes! I'm sorry for squeezing your hand so hard Katie!Very highly recommend.

I was referred to this practice as my dentist was unable to carry out the (Complicated) extraction. To say I was nervous was an understatement!From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with the utmost respect. The reception team were polite, welcoming and friendly. Thank you Charlotte and Holly.My Dentist Jack and Dental Nurse Toni were superb, friendly and professional; taking the time to reassure me and thoroughly explain everything and also answer my myriad of questions. (Sorry for asking so many, I was nervous!)The procedure itself was carried out carefully and much to my relief, virtually pain free!Toni then gave me detailed instructions on after care, including giving me a printed sheet and a spare dressing.Before I left, the receptionists, even rang my lift up for me!I even got a phone call the next morning, to check I was OK.Thank you all for looking after me so well.

I was seen by the JDRM Coalville, I’ve been waiting for the appointment for months and was suffering I was referred to them and once I got a call from them I was seen the same day and the staff was extremely helpful and nice. They helped me all through the process of my tooth extraction very humbly in a very kind manner. I am grateful to them as I was in immense pain and after the tooth extraction I am relieved from months of suffering. Thank alot JDRM Coalville for helping me through this tough time.

I visited for a tooth removal the dentist put me at ease straight away and explained the procedure throught . It was quick and painless and I was very impressed with the treatment 10/10 service all the staff were lovely

Was referred to this practice for a tooth extraction, I absolutely hate the dentist but this was the best experience I’ve ever had. All the staff were very polite and welcoming and the dentist himself was incredible.

Very good experience from start to finish, I was very nervous and upset but they put me at ease straight away, everyone from the reception lady to the dentist and dental assistant was absolutely fantastic!! I would definitely recommend to come here if your a nervous as me 10/10
