Just completed a house purchase with LCF. And I have to say I have had an amazing experience with them. Liz Webster, Lynsey Ryan and the whole of team green at the bradford office have been fantastic in all aspects of my home purchase. From the outset I had wanted completion to take place as soon as possible and despite me providing such a tight deadline to the team they made sure that I was able to complete for the date I had in mind. The team has been very patient with me throughout and explained everything in detail making sure I was aware of everything that was happening. All of my queries were answered so efficiently and in such a friendly manner which made me feel at ease every step of the way.The amount of support I have received from the team has been superb I absolutely admire their work. They have not only dealt with my purchase professionally but they have also made sure that it all meets my needs.Whilst a property purchase and moving homes can be a very stressful experience having a team of conveyancers such as team green makes such a positive difference and makes the whole process seem so effortless. I cannot thank the team enough for all they have done.
