I ordered a replacement board to be delivered to Bluebolt PC, which they fitted promptly. This is a company with good service, reasonable rates and that takes pride in their work.

I was apprehensive at first to leave my mid-high end gaming PC in the hands of a business with few reviews to go by, but the quote I received offered by far the fastest turnaround times.If I ever have a computer issue in the future, I would would definitely use them again. I would gladly recommend to friends and family.

I purchased 5 pc cases from them on the 12th September. I didn't unbox any of them as i had never had issues with pc cases until now and assumed there would be no damage. I opened one of the cases to do a build in a month later and found that the case had been dropped and was very damaged above where the io shield would go (see picture 1 below). I contacted them 28 days after the cases arrived and they agreed to send a replacement on the premises that i bought more cases from them so they could ship the replacement with the new cases. I found this to be ok as their prices are fair and since i buy and sell pc's i did need more cases. When the new cases arrived i briefly inspected them to check for scraches and obvious damage (more on this later). I inspected all of the cases for damaged and one of the cases (1st player R6) had a scarch below where the tempered glass side pannel sits. I contacted BlueBolt and they promptly got me to send some pictures over of the case and the box so they could get a replacement through their supplier. I did so and they sent out a replacement which i received 2 days later. Now this replacement also had a scratch in the same place as the last case so i again contacted Bluebolt pc and asked them whats going on. They said that they would send out a replacement that has been checked, doubled checked and then tripple checked. They did and i received that the next day. This 1st player R6 was in normal condition and i had no issues with their service as i understood that their suppliers sent out these cases to me and not them themselves. I was happy with the service since they made it right every time. However i ran into a problem when on the 22nd of November i noticed that one kf the other cases that i received (Cougar MX360 RGB) was damaged. This was 6 days after the case had arrived and Bluebolts return pllicy for damage is 3 days. Like i said earlier though i briefly inspected 5 cases on arrival for damage and nothing was obvious. Well this was because you would only notice this fault when you go to build a pc. I was building and noticed that the case was wobbling on the table. This was because the case had been dropped on the bottom causing the metal to dint and one of the case legs to sit higher than the others. So again i reached out to BlueBolt and i got a response saying that their return policy for damaged goods is 3 days and since i was over that they wouldn't send a replacement. Keep in mind that they had already sent me out a replacement 28 days after a purchase on my first lot of cases that i bought. The reason that they didn't send out a new case is obviously because they had already sent me 3 replacement cases and didn't want to send a 4th. So because they had already sent me 2 cases with scratches and one with serious dropped shipping damage they didn't want to send me out a 4th case as i was 3 days over the return window even though none of the damage was the fault of myself. Keep in mind i always offered to return the damaged cases that they sent out to me however they were uninterested in this.TLDR: Avoid is buying pc cases as i bought 9 cases of which 2 where faulty and then i received 1 more faulty case as a replacement and they refused to send a replacement for the other one. Not sure how their service is for other items however it's definitely worth avoiding if your buying pc cases.I will update or remove this review if anything changes.
