Brilliant Service! Having read the reviews and after an initial telephone conversation, I had confidence in leaving my phone with Roland at his workshop. He confirmed the problem was due to screen damage and sourced a new one immediately. By the next day it was fixed and good as new just as he'd predicted. Screen was expensive (Samsung parts!) but well worth the speedy and efficient repair. Highly recommend Roland.

Recently took my Samsung Mobile to Roland at Dr Fixit in Brislington, Bristol, due to a cracked screen. The work was carried out to the highest of standards using quality, authentic Samsung parts. Roland is obviously an expert in his field and a consummate professional. He explained what was required and quoted the price for the work. Roland was an absolute treasure. He was very friendly, conversational and highly experienced in his skill. He was able to tell me exactly what I needed, how much it would cost and when I would be able to get it back by in less than 2 minutes. I needed a particular back case samsung replacement in a specific model or colour and he went out of his way to make sure I got the exact one I needed.He then brought me into his workshop, showed me the process and went above and beyond to make sure everything was 1st class standard and advised me in ways that would save me money when it came to my phone and now its looking brand new again. Would highly recommend and will keep coming back for future repairs!

Friendly service and great repair! My iPad screen was cracked, but also the corner bent in, and Roland managed to nurse it back to health!! Really happy with the result and much cheaper than apple would charge!

Had the screen replaced on my lads IPhone XR as he had busted it. Dr Fixit replaced it within a couple of hours. Had to wait for the phone lock to come off but it worked fine once it did. The battery consumption was also much better. Dr Fixit explained it was a better quality screen and so improved power consumption. A happy lad until the next time he breaks of course. Good communication throughout and so very happy with the service. If you need your phone fixing I would highly recommend this place!!

My phone over heated and was dead. After being told by a high street phone shop it couldn't be repaired I wished it was backed up as my life was on this S 10. I found Dr Fixit. Roland started my phone which allowed me temporarily transfer everything on to my new S 23. Thankyou for your knowledge.

Couldn't believe how quick Roland turned my phone repair around.He was able to come to me within a couple of days at my home premise.He sorted it there and then in his mobile workshop and I now have a brand new phone again.Very pleased with his home service and would recommend his services to anyone looking to have a hassle free repair.Rolands my guy for all tech repairs from now on.

Roland was a lovely guy who new his stuff when it came to mobile phones. He changed my battery successfully despite there being a small crack on my i-phone screen at the standard advertised price as per his web site.
