Lovely to talk to Louise. Felt very comfortable and looked after. I felt like she really listened to what I wanted and the quality of the cut is great. Very good service. I feel like some of the seats could do with a bit of tlc but I can understand that things have been financially difficult for salons in recent times so I can understand why getting staff back to what they love and are so good at has been a priority. So lovely to see you all back. Love our little local salon. Thank you!!

Hi, I was so happy with my hair cut and the advice given to me on how to deal with my thinning, flyaway hair. Thank you. And the customer service was excellent. I was made to feel so comfortable and welcome, even with my son coming with me. I hadn't been for a haircut for over a year and was pretty nervous, but needn't have been. My first visit to this salon. Easy to park. I had a hot drink made for me. Louise listened to what I wanted, but also provided helpful advice on how to style my new hair cut. All the staff were easy to chat to. It was reassuring to hear staff chatting to a local resident and the joint effort of the shop owners to tackle the land owner over the littering issue. I made sure I'd booked my next appointment before I left as the stylists are booked up well in advance!
