Brilliant response and service. Key snapped off in front door lock. Paul came out and fixed the problem within half an hour and on a Sunday evening too. Can't thank him enough. He's now my go-to locksmith of choice.

Paul was an absolute godsend. Polite, friendly, knowledgable and really genuine.I called in an awful state in the morning after another locksmith ruined our door changing the locks! It was left gouged out, wonky and not even working properly and not to reading standards!!I didn’t trust this person to fix it so I contacted Paul thinking he wouldn’t have any space- bare in mind we were also moving into the property in the next few days! Paul said he’d be there this afternoon and was able to fit in with our schedule.Communication was great, he arrived with all the kit and within 15 mins everything was perfect. He was so disappointed that yet another person has been swindled by the last locksmith who attended our door.10/10 will always use Paul from now on.We really are so grateful as our lives have been so so stressful last few months and Paul eased that immediately.Legend!

Paul has been to us twice now. Each time he's been so professional and on time. Parrot locksAmazing service,We moved in to a new house and needed are front door looking at, he give some great advice and explained a lot about how the door and locks worked.I got a suvice made to the door and he changed the locks for us,I did call him back the same day as we forgot to ask for extra keys he was back with in a hour and made two new keys for us. Very happy with the service and price will definitely be useing them again.
