Excellent service! I arrived at the shop at 9 o’clock with a flat tyre. As I was on a business trip I had neglected to pack a repair kit but the lovely gentlemen sorted out the puncture speedily and were really friendly!

Friendly and informative staff with a great work ethic resulting in a turn around for a full service with a couple extras within 24 hours.Not to mention by far the most competitively priced shop I found in wakefield after calling multiple places for quotes. Will be getting all work for my bike done here in the future.

Had the best experience with Hood Bikes. Messaged on Sunday asking if they could service my bike. I was able to drop it off Monday and picked it up just 24 hours later. In that time a new chain had been ordered as well as a full service.The bike now rides a dream again. The owner is a genuinely great guy and was helpful from start to finish.I've attached a picture of the serviced bike before pick up. I took my wheel in for the tyre to be set up tubeless. It was my second visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful and had none of the bad attitude that some bike shops in the area have. It was slightly on the higher end of the price range but worth it for the good communication and quality of work carried out.

Fantastic bike shop. Great to have one in the centre of Wakefield. Took my road bike in to get the gears sorted. Issue diagnosed and advised accordingly what I needed to do. They didn't even charge me for their time. Super nice guys in the shop.

Bought new derailleur has had bent the old one during a nasty fall in icey weather. had these guys install it with new chain and half service. Excellent job bike looks and rides like New. Would Definately Recommend these guys . Brilliant Service ..

My bike was serviced the day after I enquired. The service was good, the bike rides perfectly and the brakes are much improved. Staff were friendly and happy to have a bit of a chat too.

What a breath of fresh air for all cyclist this shop is. Friendly knowledgeable staff, and personal attention.I took my Giant Rapid bike in after breaking down whilst on a road trip.They knew instantly what the problem was. Whilst the bike was in the work shop I opted for the half service at the same time.What's great is that I was kept fully up to date by their excellent messaging service which keeps you fully informed on what the costs are ( which insidently are far cheaper than other repair shops I've used ) and I have the final say as to whether to proceed with the work or not!I hope you lads make it a great success, your just what the industry needs for today's and tomorrow's cyclist's.Thanks Colin
